The tour guide, the places we visited could not be rated any lower. Unfortunately the tour wasn't completely as advertised but the guide did his best to accommodate some closures. I was extremely impressed with T'Gallant's account of their wines, warm and inviting surroundings and a knowledgeable host, the Goat farm and the cider establishment opened my eyes to new and healthy or not so healthy ways to drink and eat food , the Chocolate factory was just a simple tasting of some different chocolate combinations that I hadn't tasted before and the ride home was adventurous with heaps of great picture opportunities. I would be impressed it the tour included the gondolas to the top of Arthurs Seat. Noe that would have been worth something. The only negative comment is that the pick up was not at or even close to the hotel I was staying in and not knowing anything about public transport made it hard to negotiate meeting the bus. Check before you go to meet the bus. Viator check your hotel listing its out of date AAT are doing their own thing and don't take any notice of the list. The hotel I was staying in was on the list and AAT wouldn't pick up from there. Outside of the drama, I do recommend this tour its was fun and enjoyable, I would most likely do it again but have lunch at one of the vineyards. The aroma of the food was breathtaking at two of the vineyards. Its was a very pleasant day amongst some very loverly people. Well done VIATOR
The day trip was well arranged and I got to visit the fabulous chocolate, strawberries and wine and cheese places .... the best part of course was the olive farm. The visits were well paced and it has been a very relaxing and enjoyable day for those who want to just tour around and have some nice munchies, but not to sit in the coach for too long between stops.
