Poor organisation Who handle too many people : in my tour was including toboggans and war clothes to get them we had to wait more than one hour. We where thinking to do some skiing but loosing so Much time it didn t woth it because we have to be back for 3 pm. Good tour to see snow getting around betterave go to an other shop and rent what you send it you want to enjoy more
