2 volcano climbs expedition style. Orizaba, the highest peak in Mexico at 18,491 feet and the also dormant Izta, Mexico's 3rd highest peak at 17,159 feet also known as The Sleeping Woman. These climbs take you to the roof of the world and offer impressive views of the beautiful valleys below and nearby active volcanoes that often puff with smoke as they slumber.

Airport pick up and transfer to our beautiful partner lodge where we will begin to acclimatize at 10,000 feet while enjoying delicious authentic home cooked meals and hot water showers in bunk style rooms.

You will experience high altitude mountaineering, the expedition lifestyle and the delicious culture of mexico all within eight days. Includes ground transportation, lodging, meals, bottled water, park entrance fees, guiding, technical equipment and amazing memories.

It is recommended to bring your own sleeping bag of 0 - 5 degree rating. Sleeping pads are included at the climber's lodges. We will contact you directly with a suggested packing list and physical conditioning suggestions.
