Pulque Museo, we try the prehispanic drink from the 'Aztec gods' and visit this cultural building.

Pass By: Iglesia de San Hipolito, Avenida Hidalgo 107, Mexico City 06300 Mexico
The temple of San Hipólito and San Casiano was built to commemorate the capture of Tenochtitlán. It was built on a hermitage that Hernán Cortés had commanded to build in commemoration of the fallen Spaniards during the Sad Night (defeat of the Spaniards against the Mexican forces in 1520).

We will be visiting a terrace spot next to this building (minimum 2 people). You will have breathtaking views of the park and the city.

We will walk through the barrio where you will see some points of interest and learn about the how the city has changed from the Aztec period, until now.

We will meet with many food specialists, where you will be able to sample 3 of the best Mexican wines, 4 artisanal beers, Mexican cheese, gourmet insects. Sample white and yellow Mescal and learn about how all of these foods and beverages are cultivated and made.
