Mexican Bread Master Class

I am very passionate of bread specially Mexican one. Together, we will bake one of the Mexico´s favorite pieces of bread, depending on the season we may do: Day of the Death bread, Conchas, Orejas, or something really delicious and authentic, we will go through all the baking process from scratch, we will be based in one of my coffee shops located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Mexico City, but don´t worry, you do not need a professional kitchen at home to make this recipe. Bonus: While we wait for the bread to bake, we will prepare ourselves a chocolate from scratch, with Horacio, The Chocolate Master.
