Stop At: Historic Center (Centro Historico), Avenida Juarez 66, Mexico City 06000 Mexico
We will begin the day visiting the Museum of Pulque and Pulquerias (MUPYP), where you will learn about the history and the importance of this drink for Mexico City. Later we will visit an old market and with fresh ingredients you will make your own pulque curado accompanied by a sample of insects, as well as 3 traditional Pulquerías of the Historic Center which are rarely visited even by locals. At the end, we will come back to the meeting point “Barrio Alameda”.
