We really enjoyed the Everglades airboat tour, the guide was fun and knowledgable. However, the wildlife demonstration was really short and there was no jungle trail. The cruise is a nice way to end the day.
The airboat was great fun, the everglades were beautiful. The alligator park was a bit run down. After the everglades adventure, we weren't sure how to get to the cruise tour. The bus was picking up and dropping off people like a regular bus line, so we weren't sure if the bus driver was going to take us to the cruise or just back to our hotel. I called the number on the ticket to find out. Sure enough, the driver was to take us to Bayside, and so he did, but we wouldn't have known to get off there if I hadn't called. We exited the bus to a huge mall of many activities and had no idea where to go for our tour. We and another couple that was searching for the same tour wandered around and asked at several ticket kiosks until someone suggested where we should go. The name of the tour boat company wasn't anywhere to be found on our vouchers. We made the tour in the nick of time. It was great and we enjoyed it. So, worthwhile excursions, but detailed instructions about what to look for would have helped!
Excellent tour from pick up to drop off , would highly recommend this trip
Unfortunately this was not a particularly good experience. We drove around Miami Beach for two hours on the bus picking up passengers before departing for the Everglades. This was entirely too long. Our driver who apparently was on his first trip either with the company or with this particular adventure was flustered and unable to really tell us what was going on. Also, his English was not particularly good and it was hard to communicate.
THIS WAS A GREAT TRIP TO EXPERIENCE. EVERYTHING WAS WELL PLANNED OUT AND WE ENJOYED IT. WE GOT TO THE DEPARTURE POINT A LITTLE LATE. THE DRIVER WHO WAS PULLING OUT, STOPPED AND WAITED FOR US. THE AIRBOAT GUIDE WAS SUPER NICE AND VERY PERSONABLE. THIS WAS A FANTASTIC DAY AND WELL WORTH THE PRICE FOR ALL IT INCLUDED. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AS ONE OF THE BETTER TOURS WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.
