This tour met and surpassed our expectations. Mykonos was our first glimpse of the Greek Islands and prettier than we had even imagined. Each family has it's own church generation to generation and they are so numerous that they seem almost stacked upon one anotherI Everything is whitewashed and so pristine - even the property lines are painted like stepping stones between shops and cafes! This 4 hour tour covered so much that we couldn't have missed anything! The picturesque thatched-roof windmills, the Monastery and the light house. Sena, our guide was so knowledgeable about the history and traditions and she took us everywhere and even satisfied a special request to see the beach where Shirley Valentine was filmed! Take this tour, you'll love it!
We throughly enjoyed this tour! We usually book private tours to get the best one on one information and experience and Sabein( sorry for the spelling) did not let us down. Her knowledge of the Island and driving skills is remarkable. It was a lovely morning. We highly recommend this tour.
We had a great day with Monica and our driver. They took us all over the Island and asked for input on what we wanted to see and do and adjusted the schedule accordingly. It felt very customized for us. Monica was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She recommended a great restaurant for lunch after the tour.
Our tour guide was good and knowledgeable. There was a miscommunication between us and her, we ask to go to Mykonos town in the morning before it got to busy with cruise ships in but instead she took us on the island tour first. By the time we got to town it was so busy all we wanted to do was get back to our hotel on the quiet side of the island. There was not much to see on the island.
Our guide was Reto. He met us right on time. We did a walking tour of the town. Showed us the ancient wells, windmills, Little Venice, churches and shops. Showed us where to get the bestdeals shopping and the best food (Niko's Tavern). We drove all over the island and up tothe lighthouse. He was very informative and took the time to stop and let us take pictures and explore. At the end of the tour, he took us back to town and walked us to the shops we hadseen earlier. Very well pleased with this tour guide and the company.
Mykonos was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Our driver was very sweet and made sure we saw everything Mykonos had to offer.
Very knowledgeable guide. Made it worthy to take the trip
Our guide with Viator was terrific, he was very knowledgeable about all the areas and couldn't have been more friendly. I highly recommend Viator.
Mykonos is incredibly beautiful and our guide was great. We were told why all houses were white cubes with their own small chapels. How the Mykonos residents had to repaint their homes and outline the street stone in white every spring because of the harsh winters. How the streets are so like a maze to lure pirates who would then become so confused and lost, they could not find their way back to the ship and were killed. Such history....I would highly recommend this tour!
We enjoyed this. Knowledgeable guide.
