About this activity
Visit: Maison Milano, Via Lodovico Montegani, 68, 20141 Milano MI, Italy
Make your way to Maison Milano, just south of Milan’s Centro Storico. Built on the site of an early 20th-century post office, the restaurant is now one of the city’s chicest eateries. Take a seat at your table inside the stylish bar-restaurant, and relax as attentive waiting staff serve up your 4-course dinner. The menu at Maison Milano changes each month, but the fare is usually traditional Italian and features several meat-based dishes. See the Itinerary for a sample menu.
As you savor dinner, a series of 15-minute shows take place on the stage in front of you. Much like the menu, the program isn’t fixed, but performances always include live entertainment. Book a Thursday for a cabaret show; select a Friday to see burlesque, a live band and DJ set; or visit on a Saturday for a burlesque-circus-DJ combination.
When the show finishes, feel free to continue your evening at Maison Milan’s bar. Drinks are at your own expense, but the killer cocktails are worthwhile.
Sample Menu:
First course:
• Antipasti misti: selection of cold appetizers including beef carpaccio, marinated salmon, meatballs and crostini with tuna and capers
Second course:
• Sicilian-style tagliatelle with pistachio pestoThird course:
• Tagliata (rare strips of beef) with cherry tomatoes and roast potatoesFourth course:
• Dessert of the dayDrinks:
• Bottle of mineral water
• Glass of wine
• Coffee

GREAT Food and the show was so much fun! It was just like being at the Moulin Rouge. We will definitely recommend to anyone going to Milan.
Although we were a little bit disappointed of the show itself, the food was delightful. In general, nice experience and money well spent.
Great show, interesting experience. Area where club was seemed a bit dodgy - very dark and hard to locate
This experience was great, thought we attended a little under dressed. The food and entertainment were great but many of the staff spoke little to no English. The only downfall was that some of the dishes became unavailable as other parties had ordered in advanced and the kitchen simply ran out.
There was no one to greet you at the door just a dimly lit staircase, which my wife said smelt of urine, to the first floor. A small name plate on a door tells you that you've arrived. On entering the club we checked in and were taken to our table. This was in a dark corner furthest from the stage. The service was explained to us and drinks order were taken the first of which arrived fairly promptly. We ordered our meal from the set menu then were told the spaghetti was finished so my wife changed to the tagliatelle. How can an italian club run out of spaghetti? After out starters arrived we waited over an hour for our first course and that was only after I had to remind the waiter TWICE! By the time it arrived the 'show' had started. After yet another reminder our wine was brought to the table. The first 'act' was a girl performing gymnastics on the bar, and above it, on a hoop. Nothing fantastic but OK. This was followed by a rendition of 'Candyman' played over the speakers whilst a girl 'danced' and ended with a pathetic finale. This took part at the the other side of the club, not on the stage but at floor level which made it impossible for us to see given our seating. There was then a live band which was OK, nothing fantastic just loud and OK. Th gymnast then did another turn followed by the stripper. I use the term stripper because she didn't sing the song, she didn't even lip-sync. It was just done to a song again over the sound system. The main meal followed the delayed first course after an acceptable gap and was good. I waited, and waited, and waited for the desert. The band got louder. Since the chance of the dessert appearing became less and less likely we left. The only thing we could say about this place is that the food, if and when it arrives, is fairly good. There was no floor show, just one girl gymnast and one stripper whoopie do! A total waste of 167AUD and a precious night of our holiday in Milan
