Pickup was even slightly early, the guide was excellent and the tour fully met expectations. The only issue was that the tour confirmations should also confirm that the hotel pickup for our hotel was confirmed also. We asked our hotel to ring and check this for us. Otherwise all good.
When booking with Viator, we were not informed as to the details involved in the tour. We were aware the hotel pickup could be late but we were ready at exactly 8:30 but the driver did not arrive until after 9:00 a.m. Then he dropped us off on a street, not telling us which bus to look for. We finally found the bus but it was locked. Several people started arriving, confused as to the procedure. The bus driver finally arrived, as well as the guide, and opened the bus. The bus was totally full. The guide was very nice and informative. Audio pods were issued to everyone while we toured Dumo Square and The Last Supper. It was a good tour.
Great way to see The Last Supper.
Great tour. Well organized with plenty of time to see the sites.
