Excellent Your Guide, very knowledgeable and very patient with all of the questions from our Tour group.
The tour was very good but I think it can be faster. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. However, I think she can expedite significantly and still cover as much as she did and more (including the museum at sfortza castle, which she gave us the tickets but skipped and we had go there after the tour was over). Instead of giving all the explanation outside the attractions and then taking people inside , maybe do the explanations inside when people are watching the attractions. This will save time and allow additional things to be covered. But for everything else, she was great.
best tour of my trip. the guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. she also was passionate about her city and wanted to make sure you saw everything it had to offer. If you want to see Milan, this is definitely the tour to take.
This tour was worth every penny.. highly recommended.... The tour staff was very friendly and spoke English very well
