About this activity
Itinerary
We'll start around 10.30 am on our own terrace, with a gorgeus view.
Briefly I'll tell about our organic farm, our vegetable garden, our sustainable production systems: I will start talking about the ingredients because the seasonality and genuineness of the ingredients are the basis of our cooking philosophy.
We'll move inside. Your work stations will be assigned, togheter with all the necessary to cook together.
Lessons are dynamic, but you'll always actively prepare:
--appetizer,
--two types of fresh pasta (Pappardelle, Gnocchi or Ravioli)
--sauces for their seasoning
--dessert (usually, our famous Tiramisù).
During the last preparation you'll enjoy the aperitif, paired with a glass of the first wine selected.
Sitting around our large table, later, you'll enjoy the two kind of pasta just prepared: each, paired with two glasses of different wines.
When you'll finish, I'll show you how to prepare a very tasty second dish: soon you will taste a glass of the last wine selected, paired with one of the most noble Tuscan ingredients:
--Chianina beef !
The class will ends around 3,30 pm, after the tasting of the dessert,.
