Stop At: Base Camp, El Castillo, La Gavilana, Alajuela Province, La Fortuna, 21007, Costa Rica
You will hike about 3 km round trip to a secluded food forest farm in the mountain territory of National Park Volcán Arenal. There you will participate in food foraging, preparation and enjoyment. You will also enjoy a coffee/tea break and then head back to the meeting point. Hikers have to be fit and in good health, cross a brook on foot and hike steep trail.
