9 AM: Departure to the rural village of Claret, 30 km North of Montpellier.
Visit of a Distillery, unique in France, to discover all the secrets and the virtues of the oil of cade.
Meeting with Guillaume, a young artisan / vegetable grower working since 2009.
12.30 AM: Lunch extra charge (restaurant or picnic).
2 PM: Discovery of the work of Norbert, goat farmer and producer of AOP (protected designation of origin) Pélardon cheese.
Or walk in a medieval village and visit of a Romanesque church of the XIth century, classified historical monument.
Finally you will meet a winegrower, who will make you taste the wines of the famous Pic Saint-Loup AOC (controlled appellation of origin).
6 PM: Return to the meeting point.
