About this activity
You will experience a vibrant mixture of ancient and modern, religious and military, Soviet and modern Moscow, visit the famous Red Square and see controversial ziggurat of Lenin’s Mausoleum, have a walk through the beautiful Alexander Garden with its Eternal Flame by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and get to know the reasons why the tsar Ivan the Terrible obtained his name, hear bloody legends of breathtaking ice-cream-like Saint Basil Cathedral, making a wish at the beginning of all the roads — Kilometre Zero. Moreover, continuing your excursion you will have a chance to track the connection between the dark Soviet times and churches of XIV century and to look at one of the most dynamic cities in the world from the brand new ‘floating bridge’, hovering over the Moscow river. At last, during our Moscow walking tour you’ll see and get to know the history of Stalinist skyscrapers called ‘Seven sisters’ — the most recognisable symbol of Russian capital!

Our guide Nikita was very open and friendly, I felt like we are just some friends who were chilling in the city center. About the path: logical and not so tough to overcome. In general everything was on a good level!
Enjoyable and informative walking your. Our guide did a pretty good job for it being his first time. My only negative is that the tour says it starts and finishes at the Bolshoi theatre, but the ending point was nowhere the theatre. I walked back with the young lady that assisted the guide so was ok but if not for her I had no idea where I was
