Experience the unique feeling of creating a Matryoshka (the famous Russian nestling dolls) doll in a one of a kind painting class!

You will be taken to the Applied Art college to attend a lesson of traditional Russian painting of a matryoshka doll. You will get acquainted with the techniques of painting, get the set of paints and a wooden unpainted doll to make an attempt to do the painting and get the painted item as souvenir.

After the painting class you may spend time in the market looking for souvenirs.

Ms. Alla Levitina was our guide. Spoke beautiful English, and her pride in her country was boundless. This trip was amazing with all the architecture on so many buildings!! Was totally surprised when we were able to paint our own Matreshka dolls! Loved the whole experience!
