The station has 68 monumental rectangular columns. The ceiling of the station is decorated with colorful ornament narrating the speech of Joseph Stalin at the grand war time parade of 1941.

If you exit from this station, you get to the world famous Bolshoi Theatre.

Our family enjoyed this metro tour to the fullest. Our guide, Demetris was patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Each metro station is unique in its style and has a history behind it. This tour does a great job of covering all of it in 1 and an half hours. Worth the money!
