Leo and Aliona, a young Franco-Russian couple, invite you to spend the evening with them for a gourmet dinner to discover Russian cuisine with French accents! Leo and Aliona will welcome you to their spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Moscow. As an aperitif, you will taste fruit juices and surprising Russian cured meats while enjoying a magnificent view of the city.

Then, at the table, you will enjoy a hearty Franco-Russian meal with your hosts: recipes from Russia's culinary heritage reinvented in a modern way, traditional French dishes adapted with local ingredients, all based on the exceptional farm produce of the Moscow region. You will also discover Georgian wine, practically unknown in France but omnipresent on Russian tables; as well as the bread and excellent cheeses that Russians have learned to produce in just a few years.

Finally, at dessert time, Leo and Aliona invite you to a "tchaiépitié", a Russian-style tea. You will taste the traditional "ivan-tchaï", black or green, and an assortment of seasonal fruits, sweets and biscuits as well as homemade cakes and jams, from Georgian "tchourtchkhela" to "antonovka" apple tart tatin and the famous "pastila" of Kolomna.
