Join home-chef Nisha for a cooking and dining session, where she will teach you few dishes from the Bihari cuisine. Nisha will teach you to make Aloo ki Sabji (Potato Dish) followed by Besan ki sabji (dish made with gram flour) and a famous dessert called Makhana ki kheer, which is a pudding made with lotus seeds (fox nuts), milk and sugar. Following this, you can head to the dining area to enjoy the scrumptious meal with Nisha and her family. The entire experience can last for about 3-4 hours.
