Day 1: Matsumoto

Pass By: Matsumoto Alps Park, 2455-11 Arigasaki, Matsumoto 390-0861 Nagano Prefecture
Meeting Point: Matsumoto Station (12pm)

Day 2: Hike Kamikochi (1500m) to Yarisawa (1850m) - 6 hrs / 13.2km

Bus transfer to Kamikochi.

Hike 6 hrs from Kamikochi (1500m elevation) to Yarisawa (1850m elevation).

Hike Yarisawa to Yarigatake. Mountain hut stay
Duration: 1 day

Day 4: Hike Yarigadake to Kitahotaka Peak (3106m - 19th highest in Japan) - 6.5 hrs / 6.8km

Hike Yarigatake to Kitahotaka. Mountain Hut Stay (6.5 hrs / 6.8km)

Day 5: Hike Kitahotaka to Kamikochi - 6.5 hrs / 6.8km
