Reservations are required. We ask each guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time.
Upon arrival guests are transported to the Welcome Center where they are fitted with a harness, helmet, and gloves. Training is done and then the guest are transported to the top of the mountain to begin their journey. A 100 step uphill staircase leads everyone to the beginning of the tour - guides are with the guests for the entire tour.
The tour reaches heights of 250 feet above the forest floor. Most of the Tree Tops Course is above the Forest Flight Course. The longest zipline is approximately 1,500 feet and the top speed can reach 40 MPH. The total zipline length is 2,907 feet. There are 7 ziplines, 2 sky bridges, and a 45 foot rappel back to the forest floor!
