Cooking Class - Contemporary Neapolitan Cuisine

Surrounded by plants, vegetables and the warm glow of cozy garden lights, you will be welcomed in a comfy, little private backyard, by chef/musician/household Raph.
After a little refreshment and conversing about cooking with local ingredients mixed with old and contemporary technique, you will start your 'hands-on' cooking class.
3 dishes will be prepared together with ingredients selected by Raph, according to your allergies, intolerances and - possibly - their availability in your own country, so you can replicate the recipe at your home.
