Downtown, but far from the chaos and surrounded by plants and the warm glow of cosy garden lights, you will be welcomed in a comfy- little private backyard- by chef/musician/household Raph.
Drinking together, Raph will show you his garden and most of the vegetables he grows himself for you.
A set menu of numerous courses will be served pronto; and Raph – also an accomplished music composer – will show and serve every dish right in front of you, explaining the story behind every edible symphony, guiding you through the different stages of the creative process and its interaction with music.
Raph's idiosyncratic cooking - New Neapolitan style - will take your tongue and palate on a trip around the world, making you smell the sea of Naples as you’re eating ramen, or by making you feel like being in Mexico as you hold a scrumptious taco in one hand and a glass of delicious natural wine in the other.
