Italian Homecooking Class - The Mediterranean Sea Fruits

You will be welcomed at 10 am, by Riccardo, with a welcome coffee according to Italian use.

Then, after an introductory chat about Italian cuisine, we will take a walking in the local stall fish market, where to decide the menu of the day, its history in Italian tradition and its particularities.

For each dish will be described the ingredients, the way to choose them, to recognize the best, to work them and the differences in their use in the various dishes.

After the shopping you will prepare, then the various seasonings for first courses, collaborating with Riccardo and under his direction.

After an apetizer break, tasting rustic snacks, with a light white wine glass, the morning will go on "putting the hand into the dough" and making at least one fresh handmade pasta types.

When all the ingredients and the basic preparations for the first course will be ready, there will be an apetizer to recharge the energy.

Cooking and assembling the meal will complete the "kitchen area" of your experience, that will be completed in the dining room, sitting at the table with Riccardo and tasting your lunch accompanied with a bottle of good wine.

Sitting at the table, eating and talking together, with a good dessert will help us to analyze, comment and deepen Italian culture and exchange experiences and stories.
