Private Dinner Italian Cooking Class With Riccardo

You will be welcomed at 6 pm, by Riccardo, with a welcome drink and a salted snack according to Italian use.

Then, after an introductory chat about Italian cuisine, we will describe the menu of the day, its history in Italian tradition and its particularities.

For each dish will be described the ingredients, the way to work them and the differences in their use in the various dishes.

You will prepare, then the various seasonings for first courses, collaborating with Riccardo and under his direction.

After that the evening will go on "putting the hand into the dough" and making different fresh handmade pasta types, or, depending from your taste, typical rich regional dishes.

When all the ingredients and the basic preparations for the first course will be ready, there will be an introduction to the main course and to the dessert.

Cooking and assembling the meal will complete the "kitchen area" of your experience, that will be completed in the dining room, sitting at the table with Riccardo and tasting your dinner accompanied with a bottle of good wine.

Sitting at the table, eating and talking together will help us to analyze, comment and deepen Italian culture and exchange experiences and stories.

A dessert, creamy and sweet, will close our pleasant and captivating dinner.
