My friend and I were only in India for 8 full days. My bucket list item while there was the Taj Mahal and hers was seeing Indian tigers, so this tour allowed us to both, plus see and learn a little about major sites in New Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur as well as see other parts of India from the road while traveling between these places. It was great to not have to worry about the logistics, such as transportation, lodging, most meals, and what sites to see, as all of these things were taken care of for us. It was especially helpful to have a driver waiting for us with an air conditioned car an a bottle of water as soon as we finished visiting a site so we didn't have to stand outside in the heat for too long or worry about purchasing our own bottled water throughout the day! Driver/Car: Note that you will spend a lot of time in the car on this trip, but the car is well-maintained and the driver can put on a wifi hot spot for you to use during the longer journeys to help you pass the time. Our driver, KK, masterfully drove the crazy, chaotic, populated Indian streets and highways and got us safely and quickly to our destinations. Lodging: All of the hotels we stayed at were well maintained and comfortable. The meals included at the hotels were generally pretty decent and had both Western and Indian food options. Sites: We really enjoyed all of the sites that we went to, especially the Taj Mahal and the City Palace and Amber Fort in Jaipur! Unfortunately we did not see any tigers during our safari. Guides: We had different guides in each place. Overall, the guides were all very good and knowledgeable. We especially liked our guide in Jaipur. Our only complaint with the guides was that we would have liked a little free time to enjoy the sites ourselves, take photos, etc. without the guides also right beside us. Overall, we would highly recommend this tour for those travelers who want to pack in a lot in a short amount of time!
I booked the private 5 day ranthambhore tiger tour from New Delhi because I was visiting India with my husband and 2 more friends and we wanted to see the best of India in the little time we had. We started in Delhi where our driver Vipin picked us up, after visiting some monuments and temples in New Delhi we started driving to Agra, when we got to the hotel Manoj (our tour guide) was already waiting for us, he was kind enough to explain the whole process and did the check in for us, next day we visited the Taj Mahal and the Agra fort, manoj was extremely nice and professional, he adapted the tour the way we liked it and he was sooo nice that we didn’t want him to go, it was definitely a plus in this amazing city, Manoj made our Taj Mahal visit unforgettable. When we were almost on our way back Vipin (Our driver) got a call that we forgot our passports and all our money at the hotel, I couldn’t believe that he was so humble to make sure we got our passports and all of our money back! Ranthambhore experience was amazing!!! Our safari was incredible! We saw 3 tigers and a lot of other animals! The hotel was extremely nice and comfortable, the service and the food was out of this world. After Ranthambhore we visited Jaipur the pink city where we visited all the main sites, the hotel once again was wonderful and very comfortable. After Jaipur we drove back to Delhi where Vipin dropped us off in our last hotel. Vipin made our India experience way more than what we expected, he was always on time, always happy, always ready to learn from our culture, always with water in the car, the car was extremely clean everyday, I mean I can’t say enough of how lucky we were to have Vipin, the most honest and humble person I have met in my life! Manoj our tour guide from Agra was also very professional and very knowledgeable. We loved him as well. We are definitely coming back to India and we will definitely will be asking for Vipin! Amazing time!
The tour was very nice. The hotels, guides and driver were all very good. KK Sharma Is a very good driver andvery helpful.
