9am Your guide/driver will pick your group up from your hotel in Delhi/NCR
10am You'll first visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the most prominent Sikh gurdwara, or Sikh house of worship. The Gurudwara in New Delhi holds a special historical significance apart from the religious aspects. The grounds include the temple, a kitchen, a large pond, a school and an art gallery.
11:30am You'll visit the Lotus Temple or Bahai Temple (closed on Mondays). The Lotus Temple, located in New Delhi, is a Bahai House of Worship completed in 1986. It has a striking central hall where you can meditate and reflect. Set amid beautiful gardens, the temple is at its most exuberant best when the sun dazzles among the lotus petals.
1pm Lunch break, where lunch will be provided at one of the best local restaurants.
2pm After lunch you'll visit the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple (also closed on Mondays) in New Delhi. This exquisite temple epitomizes 10,000 years of Indian culture in all its breathtaking grandeur, beauty, wisdom and bliss.
The Swaminarayan Akshardham complex was built in only five years through the blessings of HDH Pramukh Swami Maharaj of the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) and the colossal devotional efforts of 11,000 artisans and thousands of BAPS volunteers. This is the Guinness World Record as the World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple, the complex was inaugurated on 6 November, 2005.
4pm After your visit to Akshardham, you'll have some time for shopping in Delhi. It can be daunting if you don’t know where to go and how to get there, but your guide will help. India’s capital city is among the most exciting places to buy textiles (fabric as well as ready to wear clothes), jewellery, shoes, bags, leather, carpets, handicrafts, traditional and contemporary Indian art and curios. The city has many different shopping areas, and all are bustling with activity.
5pm around After your memorable day, your guide will drop you back off at your hotel or to another desired destination in Delhi.

We loved the tour. The tour guide was very informative and the driver was professional. Upon all these we even had available mobile wifi, which was a pleasant surprise.
