Follow your guide through St Louis Cemetery No. 1, the oldest and most famous of the three St Louis cemeteries. You may recall it as the site from the classic movie Easy Rider or perhaps by its most notorious 'resident' Marie Laveau, the late Voodoo Queen of New Orleans.

- In order to help preserve the French Quarter from vehicular traffic, it is requested that you please walk, if possible, to the convenient tour departure point, just a short stroll from most downtown hotels.

This was an awesome tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the cemetery. Viator, who I booked the tour through is a different story. Will never book anything through them again.

This is absolutely a MUST SEE for anyone visiting NOLA for the first time if you have a passion for history, cemeteries, voodoo, or any other spooky vibes going on. It was my first time, and I'm really glad I did this cemetery tour because I learned so much and saw so many different types of ovens, not to mention Marie Leveau's and Nicholas Cage's for future use, of course. The only thing I would change would be the meet-up options because the cemetery was literally right behind my hotel, yet I had to make my way all the way down to the Mississippi river, just to be driven back to the cemetery.
The tour provided a lot of information and the guide was very knowledgeable.
