We ended up going and Pat was are demo chef. She was very informative and made some amazing dishes for us to try!
This class was both informative and entertaining. Chef Maria talked about the history of New Orleans in relation to food and served up some mighty fine gumbo and jambalaya finished with a delicious praline. We also sampled some local beer. Strongly recommend this. Bon Appetite!
Phenomenal! The class and Chef instructor was great. Learned a lot and can't wait to prepare gumbo and jambalaya back in Indiana. Food, atmosphere, and history of New Orleans cooking was interesting and enjoyable.
My sister and I attended your morning class my first time her third time, Pat was a delight and her knowledge of history was amazing and very entertaining. The food was amazing if this had been served in my home I would have licked the bowl. Hope to be back next year M Kilian
Great value for the money. Cooking lesson, food tasting, NOLA history, local beer and fantastic chefs with personality to spare.
I was able to take away several useful tips--and the recipes--for preparing four items. The samples were very tasty. Con: the room was packed and it was a little hard to hear the chef at times with the crowd's noise. A microphone on the presenter would help.
Great time and great food. Pat made is absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend it for anyone visiting New Orleans.
This class was so much fun! Chef Michael gave us a full history lesson as well as wonderful cooking tips! The food was amazing! The best gumbo I had the whole trip!
I hope I spelled his name correctly. My favorite experience in NOLA and also my best meal! It was entertaining, informative and funny. If ever in NOLA again would take the hands on class. Well worth the price many times over.
My husband and I attended this cooking demonstration great information great food can't wait to take another class when we come back
