Great trip with terrific guide. My grandson and I enjoyed his personality, knowledge and humor. He was a great person to talk to as he knew many interesting facts about the city which made our trip unforgettable.
"Most of the tour was about safety" - even my 8 year-old knew this tour was bogus. The 4-hour tour consists mostly of getting the group through security and covering what isn't allowed on the island. Actual meaningful tour content is a 20 minute spiel about the Statue that can be read on Wikipedia. Buy the reserve ticket, but don't waste your money on this tour unless you've never been through airport security before.
One word...Awesome. Our tour guide, Zach Garner, was great. Very knowledgeable and funny! We would recommend this tour!
You must allow yourself enough time to pass through security. With this tour it is about an hour or more. if you do it on your own, at least 2 HOURS. Great tour.
Excellent tour. The tour guide was fantastic, enthusiastic about her job and very knowledgeable. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to see the statue of liberty
My tour guide Kernan was awesome, so nice, funny, knowledgeable, polite and he even took pictures for us. He knew the tricks and tips to get us to pass he line quickly and get on and off the boat quickly. He was waiting exactly where the directions on the tour said he would be. Super happy!
