From others' suggestions we decided to choose a borough to explore..we had just had 2 excellent tours...First, being guided over the Brooklyn bridge took 1/3 of our tour...rather pricey for a long hot walk..too noisy to hear details while on the bridge..best to start on the other side and point out things..we just walked the entire time...saw a neighborhood of expensive homes...a museum closing. Just read some other descriptions and they included a van...Brooklyn is too big to attempt seeing highlights by foot...It did not seem like we had a professionally trained guide..considering this was the most expensive of our tours, we were very disappointed.
