Most unorganised and unprofessional tour operator. It was a showery morning with heavy rain predicted, they did not offer us an alternative time, no ponchos available for free or even to buy. Tour guide did not even ask our names even though there was only 4 of us on the tour and we feel he does not actually normally conduct tours. When we finished the tour without actually seeing or learning much due to the rain we were not asked if we would like to do the tour again on another day when the weather cleared. Tour guide just walked off. So disappointing.
