About this activity
Your instructor will meet you at a time and location of your choice for a 1 hour session. Weather depending, your session can take place indoors or outdoors in one of the beautiful parks or on one of the fabulous rooftops New York City has to offer. Dress comfortably and there is no need to worry about equipment as your instructor will provide everything you need. Each session will include a brief assessment at the beginning in order ascertain your fitness needs and goals.
Yoga: With 7 different types of yoga you can choose anything from Vinyasa for a cardio workout to Sculpt for toning or Restorative sessions to promote relaxation. BellaVita places careful attention to alignment and breath, you will be guided through a practice to help you reach your goals. Each pose is guided to ensure safety, refine technique, and overcome the physical, mental, and emotional boundaries that clutter the depths of our mind and muscles.
Pilates: A series of controlled movements that will look and feel like a workout. The goal of pilates is to improve flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance throughout the entire body. It places an emphasis on alignment, breathing and developing a strong core. Be prepared to leave your session feeling lifted and toned.
Personal Training: Your trainer will lead you on a workout that focuses on your target areas. You can decide whether you want your workout to be focused on one body part, total body, strength- or cardio-focused. Be prepared to sweat.
