This was an average tour that was quite disappointing when finished. The 60 minute timeline says approx. but from the time the boat moved to the time we docked was 40 minutes. So this means we actually out on the water for less than that. I felt we weren’t ever close to the 100 feet of the Statue of Liberty when cruising by. I did like that they slowed down when seeing each landmark but as an overall experience my family and I were very disappointed. On top of all that the first worker we approached when showing our tickets was extremely rude. I would not go on this tour again and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Excellent. Prior to visit, did not realize I had paid for two boat cruies. Was not overcrowded, able to get great views of Hudson River.
I ordered the boat cruise plus the statue of liberty and Ellis island tickets. Only after paying did I learn that they were seperate boat rides. I wish I would have waited and bought my tickets through the national parks service.
Very good tour, especially due to our tour guide Bonnie!
The boat was overcrowded. We had our 7, 5 and 2 year old granddaughters with us to show them the Statue of Liberty. The trip unfortunately was stressful due to a bus load of tourists boarding the boat and being overly aggressive with space and picture taking, including taking pictures of our girls
