Kevin was an outstanding and knowledgeable guide as he led our group through the museum. He had so many interesting stories and facts that exposed us to a great overview of the treasures at the museum. We highly recommend this tour and would do it again!
Great tour. Plan to have some extra time for the security check in. You do not need to exchange your digital voucher, it will be given to you by your guide. Make sure to wear a pair of comfortable shoes! And remember, you will be able to cover just a little bit of the extraordinary collection the Met has to offer.
Our guide was excellent and even though tour was three hours only saw a small part of museum, guide was knowledgable and took us to as many highlights as possible. Highly recommend.
Katie was very knowledgeable and friendly! The Met would have been very over whelming and we would have missed some of the gems without Katie's knowledge and insight! Well worth it!
If you read other reviews that mention Katie, they are spot on! She is an excellent tour guide, able to answer any question and full of knowledge about the exhibits and art. I am so glad we paid for this tour and extra glad we got Katie as our guide. The museum experience would not have been as engaging nor would we have gotten as much out of the experience without someone knowledgeable to help us along the way. We will absolutely use Viator tours again on the next visit.

I attended the 3 hour version of the tour. Katie did a great job and picked interesting pieces to discuss. She gave a lively and fun tour.
The two hour tour flew by as our guide, Ryan, filled our heads with more information than you can imagine and spurred our imaginations as he shared stories. We were all in awe. Such beauty! Best money spent on our trip.
The security checkpoint line to enter the museum was over an hour long for the opening at 10 am. There was no "skip the line" for the security clearance. Consequently, we were unable to connect with our tour. The museum is amazing and shouldn't be missed. Very disappointed we couldn't experience the guided tour we paid for.
Our guide, Katie, was the best. She made the tour informative and fun with all the background information that she provided and even went above and beyond to lead us to some other pieces we were interested in seeing after the tour.
