Sean was our guide, really nice bloke, very knowledgeable about the subject matter. He took us round all the nice places and it was a really fun experience. I would like to make a suggestion - rather than start with the Rockefeller Centre - I would end with it. The tour was nice, but nothing could surpass them afterwards. If you started at Macy's and worked your way towards them, I think it would work out much better. But its a minor thing - really nice experience.
We had the guide, Nicole, to ourselves. Everyone else scheduled had cancelled because it was so cold. She was great with the locations we visited including a wealth of information about the locations and areas that we visited. It was extremely crowded in the city and she did a great job keeping out of the worst of the crowds. The tour was exactly as described.
This was not quite what I expected it was very interesting but more of a history lesson than a Christmas tour
Didn't cover very much.
Our tour guide was Nicole, she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about where we were going and little things you wouldn't even think to ask. she was very nice and helped me and my mother he was in a motorized scooter navigate the tour by always finding a ramp or handicapped entrance for her to follow so we never missed a beat. I would recommend this tour to any of my friends who come to New York and tell them to ask for Nicole.
