Unique and fun experience. Elevators themselves are really cool. Views are especially stunning at sunset.
Easy booking with Viator. Chose the combo ticket which included priority access, priority exit and iPads. We went on the 5pm-7pm booking and saw the sunset which was great. Seemed to be a popular time so the priority tickets were definitely worth the extra. iPads were useful but not essential. Spectacular panoramic views. Also enjoyed the videos in the lift.
Fantsstic worth every penny the elevator ride to the top was unreal ears pop going up !! As for the views wow
Amazing worth every penny the elevator to the top is incredible the views are just breathtaking a must for any visitor
The view from the tour is spectacular. We didn't have to wait in line which was great. The only negative was the renting of VR equipment which I felt wasn't worth the money.
Our skip the line ticket did not enable to skip any line. As we had paid extra for this we were extremely disappointed. Excuse given was that we didn’t pay to skip all the lines. However we didn’t skip anything. The views were amazing. Well worth visiting.
Quick getting into lift. Fascinating that lift doors had video of views on them feeling as though you were actually on outside going up,amazing! 360o views were incredible. Able to get some great pics
this was really worth while doing, the views are amazing and a pre-booked ticket saved so much time, we did this 2 hours after the museum and timing worked well
The One World Observatory experience was great but the extra fee to "skip the line" wasn't worth the money. The staff shuffling the crowd didn't seem to care that we had the skip the line ticket and herded my family to the regular line even though we mentioned several times to various staff member about "skip the line access." While going through the regular maze, it seemed odd that we were still in a line to get to the elevators.
Not sure what the other observation decks are like in NYC so I have no comparison, but we were way UNDER whelmed. Long lines (even with timed entry. The woman taking the tickets yelled at everyone who had gathered for entry at the time for the next tour, threatening to call security. What a disorganized cluster. I would definitely not do it again nor recommend it. Too costly for the experience...save your $$.
The view was amazing from the top of One World, It was our first visit to New York and the view was amazing , a full 360 degrees of all of New York City. and we took lots of photos,
It was worth the money. Due to delay in my flight by Delta, was unable to go on scheduled date. We were able to change date, without and difficulty. The views are great.
Don't get me wrong - this is an okay event - but not great and not worth the money We had skip the line tickets - from the line in to the elevator - and were not given any particular status in that regard! Beautiful views of New York - but it was a long and agonizing cab ride - from the Times Square area --HIGHLY recommend the subway - waay cheaper and more efficient Would I do it again - probably not ...
Amazing experience
A great experience that everyone should see!
Amazing building and well organised didn't have to queue
