This tour was very informative. Amelia did a great job with her knowledge and insight of the area ...specifically the Chelsea Market and the Highline itself. She was very congenial and integrated everyone on the tour resulting in a great experience. It is a really good activity for anyone with zero knowledge of this part of NYC.
Jordan was the best!
We learned a lot about the history of NYC from our guide on this tour. She was charming and informative. The tour itself was amazing. The Highline Park was well-worth seeing. Congratulations to those who had the foresight to build it. on top of the old rail system. We sent back to Chelsea Market to explore in detail after the tour.
Great tour! Loved the Highline walk. Our guide Patrick was knowledgeable and fun and we were very spoilt as we were the only two on the tour so it was virtually ‘private’ - appreciate that they never cancelled which many companies may have.
Enjoyed learning about this part of the city that we had never visited before, but would have liked to see more of the highline. Great tour guide, Jordan, who was very interactive and informative.
My cousin and I recently took the small group walking tour of the Highline area. We were the only two on Jordan's tour that day and essentially ended up with a private tour. Jordan is a wonderful tour guide and most definitely made the tour what it was. While not a native born New Yorker, he has certainly done his research and was able to give us not only the historical facts about this area, but interesting tidbits as well. We would highly recommend this tour as a great way to spend a few hours in NYC, and if you are lucky enough to have Jordan as your guide, you definitely won't be disappointed!
Don't miss this! We went on a beautiful Saturday morning and it could not have been more perfect. Our guide, Sean, was friendly and knowledgeable. The High Line is a lovely marvel and the Meatpacking District is more interesting than it sounds :
