The museum itself is beautiful and the art amazing. However, I wish I could say the same for the staff. This was my first time to the met. It's huge and a bit overwhelming. The check-in process (I had pre-purchased my ticket) was like herding cattle. If I asked a question of an employee within the museum to point me in a direction, they looked at me like I had a nerve asking them anything. The staff left me not really wanting to return.
The museum access was very easy. Everything was perfect. Especially European painting sector was amazing. We will be there again next year.
Three day pass is great for art lovers. A not to be missed New York attraction. Some of the most important art pieces in the world in a wonderful environment. Even with thousands of visitor you have good access to what you want to see.
was good

Quick check in to get my ticket and map. Everything I booked mademy trip run smoothly!
Wonderful trip. Our ticket was valid for 3 consecutive days and included access toet Brusr and Met Cloisters. We spent 2 full days at the Met and managed to fit in 5 one hour guided tours in the 2 days. Each guide was extremely knowledgeable and full of passion for their subject matter. Fantastic.
very good experiences
This tour was amazing!
This went way beyond our wildest expectations! We saw all we could in a day's time but could easily have spent a week or more to see more and absorb more. We HAVE to come back! Thanks for a really great tour
