About this activity
Your VIP tour of New York starts bright and early, but it’ll be worth it when you gain first access to the Empire State Building for the day. This tour was a total rip off. They mention VIP to empire state building, but it's not. you get in first cos you line up at 730am and wait til it opens at 8am, so of course your first in but it's not VIP just standard ticket. It was more like a self guided tour, guide was there with us but left us to own device MY suggestion people DO THIS TOUR ON YOUR OWN, you will save hundreds ...buy your tickets online to all the attractions (skip the line) and use tube and ferry to get there. I felt totally ripped off with this tour
We were there when instructed. They didn't show up for the tour. We waited 2 hours.This was our first time in New York. We couldn't get a hold of anyone. No one would answer the phone. We were only in New York a day before our cruise. I still can't get anyone to answer the phone or to call me back. We didn't get to see any of the attractions. We were out the money and didn't get to see anything. 2 weeks later still no response.
I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Heidi was a native New Yorker and was very knowledgeable about the history and geography of New York. We leaned more than we expected! This tour was worth the price and allowed us to see and experience many things on our list.
