We found the bus transfers to and from Woodbury Common excellent, we arrived at the ROW Hotel where we were met by a representative and given our bus tickets, bus was air conditioned and left on time, our return trip was the same very pleasant bus drivers both ways and buses left on time. We would definitely book again. The outlet itself was great.

Woodbury is a fantastic outlet but the service I was provided to go there was very poor. The driver was most unpleasant and his way of driving very clumsy

Fabulous place lots of great shops and plenty of bargains to be had. The food court is varied and the quality of food was excellent. The bus ride was great, on time and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and go again.

If you are a shopper, it's definitely worth to go. In fact, one day is insufficient. As for the bus ride, it took 1.5 hours each way rather than 1 hour as being announced. The bus did arrange a shuttle to pick-up at my hotel, Hotel Pennslyvania, however, coming back, the bus only stop at ROW NY.
