Good guide and tour, but the tour was suppose to include a visit to a power plant, the guide said later that is not part of the tour,disappointed
After unbelievably wonderful tours in Italy a few years ago, when visiting Niagara Falls we only considered booking through Viator. We didn't notice until confirming the reservation a few days before that the tour is actually run by another tour company. The tour was just okay. The guide for the most part was just a driver and organizer, provided only the minimum required dialogue, but answered most questions when asked. The points of interest were great. The area surrounding the American side was a big disappointment so we were happy we were staying on the Canadian side.
We had a great trip on this tour yesterday with Art.We only had one day here in Niagara and so feel that we were able to enjoy much more of what this area offers.despite heavy storms and hail during the four hours.we were able to hear some history of the area,visit the cave of winds go on the maid in the most have a snack lunch timenot includedand see some lovely views.thanks. Art. will add pictures when returned to uk.
Phenomenal tour! Amanda was very informative and friendly. Cave of the Winds and the Maid of the Mist are both must do attractions. Incredible experiences. Remember, if you being picked up in Canada, bring your passport...this tour is in the USA. Perfect amount of time at each spot to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
