Descend 45 meters (150 ft.) by elevator, where a short tunnel gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. This tour is a must do. This tour is a great way to see Niagara Falls from different angles. I booked this as a surprise for my girlfriend for her birthday and she loved every bit of it. We had a great time and we plan to revisit again next summer.
The tour was excellent. Sean our guide did and outstanding job. All of the attractions were exactly as advertised and all went off without a hitch. My wife and I had a really good morning. The best part was the helicopter ride over the falls.
Excellent day and Brandon, our guide was very good. Only letdown was that the helicopter component was cancelled because of the weather, something out of their control so cannot be held against them.
Had a wonderful time on this trip. From our guide to the all the stops, everything was amazing!!! Had a wonderful time.
Roberta, our guide, was a treat! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, being quick to make adjustments to the schedule to accommodate some inclemate weather and a road race that would have interfered with the plans for the day. Only downside amongst everything was the food at the Skylon tower. Wasn’t exactly bad, but wasn’t all that great either.
Well organized and fun! Our guide, Mike was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The Hornblower ride and helicopter ride will be special memories.
Chris from See Sight Tours was very funny, helpful and made our tour experience highly entertaining. We would love to have him again as our tour guide for our next excursion. The buffet at Skylon Tours was very good and amazing view of the city and falls. My wife enjoyed our helicopter ride, it was fun and exhilarating. The staff were cordial and helpful. I would have given it a rating of 5 if it wasn't for the fact that my wife and i were seated in the middle, between 2 guys (the chopper has 4 rear seats and 3 front seats for passengers). My wife is 5'4" and she was hoping for a window seat to take pictures of her experience, instead she was seated in the rear between me and some guy next to the window. Otherwise it was a very good experience with See Sight Tours. But I won't book another helicopter ride with Niagara Helicopters, I'll try another place that could be more accommodating to me and my wife.
Gthis was a fantastic tour. It exceeded all expections. Our tour guide, Robbie, was knowledgeable, thoughtful, considerate, and extremely good at explaining everything and making our six person group comfortable. Weather caused the helicopter ride to be cancelled. However, Robbie explained our option to eithet receive a refund or to take the ride on a subsequent day. We chose to go the next day and everything took place smoothly and as he described. Highly recommend this tour.
Enjoyed with family. Not having to drive or buy tickets at each venue was wonderful We couldn’t do helicopter tour due to weather - and we were reimbursed promptly for that portion. Great day.
