Hear about the development of this glamorous city as you leave your minivan and take a stroll along the iconic Promenade des Anglais. As you walk, look out for the promenade's Belle Epoque buildings, palm trees and views of the sparkling Mediterranean. Then, follow your guide up Castle Hill to enjoy the magnificent views of its gardens and waterfalls, and the rooftops of the city beyond.

Half-day is not enough to see all of the sights in Nice, but the guide/driver gave us a good flavor of the city in 4hrs. Definitely recommend it.
Marion, our guide was very friendly, however, she did not provide us the tour for which we paid. It was supposed to be a four hour tour 9am - 1pm of Nice. But what we had was a 1.5 hour tour! After hiking us up in the poring rain a 7 or 8 story mountain to see an overview of the city, she took our group to a coffee shop in the flower market at 10:15, telling us she would meet us back at the van at 11:45am. She did not come with us to the coffee shop or the flower market. We were on a cruise ship, so NOTHING the flower market had to offer flowers and vegetables could be purchased by anyone in the group. We thought after the 11:45 pick up we would be toured around the city, but no, right back to the ship! We saw nothing that was described in the overview of this tour. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR!!
