Bit of a drive from the tourist district of Orlando, about US$40-50 with Uber. Worth the trip. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The time feels like it goes so quickly, recommed the hour ride. What we didn't realise is that you aren't guaranteed a date and time through Viator so important to contact the tour company right away to book your spot.
I was glad we were able to see some alligators and the kids enjoyed doing the other activities while we waited. I think we could have seen alligators out of the water if we waited until a cooler part of the day. We went out at 11:45 AM. The airboat ride was fun and would be something we would do again.
It was a gorgeous day and cool enough that the alligators were out sunning themselves. Captain Randy was knowledgeable and friendly.
An amazing way to experience the Everglades and see the wildlife on the waterways. Our guide Fred was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and interesting.
It was a nice experience would have enjoyed a little more speed and went out farther, but the captain was nice and knowledgeable.
