About this activity
The tour starts with hotel pick up from your hotel in Panama City at 8am. You will then make your way to the Corotu Port where you will embark on a small wooden canoe and will navigate upstream for about 30 minutes until you reach a beautiful waterfall. You will be able to relax and swim at the waterfall for about half an hour before continuing the trip to reach the Embera Village.
Once at the village, you will be able to talk to the community members about their culture and ways of life. There will be a lunch served by the community members and later, they will teach about about their medicinal and will show you some of the handcraft goods they create.
You will then take the canoe back to Panama City where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

Thought it was most worth while. Not really commercialized just yet though that could change in another year or so. Lunch was really quite good and the kids in the village were darling
