About this activity
Starting time 6:45 am - 7:00 am at your hotel ( hotels within the city area). We head to the Chame mountain area one hour and twenty minutes away from Panama city. Around 8:30am we start our hiking(45-120 minutes options). After hiking we head to the river and enjoy wonderful time swimming and walking around. Around noon we head to the pacific beach area to have lunch on a beach front restaurant(lunch not included). Those who want to swim right there are totally free to do it. We head back to Panama city around 3:00pm in order to avoid the Panamanian rush hour.
