Our trip was rather disorganized. No email was sent confirming the time or location of the pickup. I therefore had to call to confirm and get the details. We went first to the Canal 1.5 hours before the ships were to pass. It seems they driver should have known this ahead of time. We then left for other parts of the tour and returned to the canal to see the boats passing. We drove the same route several times to the point I could have driven it without a driver. The driver was pleasant but the tour was not well scheduled.
I specifically asked for an English speaking guide. The guide we had spoke almost no English. It was very difficult to communicate. Consequently we didn't learn much about the area other than what we could see. Disappointed.
Tour was okay.
Unfortunately Viator could not locate or get in touch with the supplier who was supposed to do my scheduled tour, but I eventually did the tour using a different resource and was able to see Panama City, the Canal, Old Town, MultiPlaza Pacifica Mall and Soho Mall, which was AWESOME!
the city tour was very short, think we did more walking it ourselves than the quick drive through we had. our driver was very nice and informative on the canal tour..spent a lot of time so we could experience ships coming through canal.. i will also say since traffic was so bad getting back that he did make a deal and came back next day to finish tour, which was very nice..even went a little extra
