Paris Cooking Class: Gluten-Free and Organic Desserts

About this activity
Make your way to your chef's apartment, where you'll be warmly greeted and get to work preparing a selection of gluten-free French treats. With the help of your professional chef, you'll create 2-3 gluten-free desserts from scratch; and you'll pick up techniques and trick that French bakers have used for decades. Your chef will even be able to send you the recipes, so that once you're back home you'll be able to recreate each dessert perfectly. At the end of the class, you'll get to enjoy your desserts, and maybe save any extras for later! A tasty way to spend the afternoon.

Enjoyed the gluten free cooking class. The chef was very pleasant and helpful. Great experience for grandparents and granddaughter.

Our chef was very nice and knowledgeable, but we all felt we could have been more involved in the process. There were several things we could have done ourselves, but ended up just watching the chef do it. The desserts ended up being very tasty and we would like to try some ourselves, but we haven't received the recipes yet. To make it better-please let the guests do all the measuring, mixing, cooking and all. we did some, but not enough.
