We spent the day with Ms Noom seeing the sights of Bangkok. She was knowledgable and super friendly making the day a wonderful experience. Her English and knowledge of Bangkok and its history were amazing.
What a great excursion!! If you are lucky you will get Sirin as your guide. She was excellent in knowlledge of the sights on the program and did everything possible to insure our comfort snd safety. The river ride was a blast. The grand palace is beautiful as are the three temples —gold, reclining and emerald. The driver was great too. Some things to know, though, are it is a long way to the city from the port and the traffic is fierce. Our tour was originally for 8 hours but it turned to 11 hours but van is comfortable. We enjoyed it.
This starts with a very long drive but overall it was a good day. The guide was friendly and tried hard to give us a good overview of the city.
Our trip was excellent. Our tour guide Dahl and driver Ace were at the ship to pick us up when we docked. The trip into town was 2 1/2 hours, better than the 3 1/2 we had been quoted for the ship tours. Dahl was excellent at keeping the tour to our pace, finding elevators rather than many flights of stairs etc. Be prepared for large crowds We covered everything on the itinerary without rushing and Dahl's knowledge was great. The long tail boats were a highlight. I would highly recommend this tour.
